The day has finally arrived! It’s July 31st, 2015, and after three focused months of determination, our mortgage is officially approved. We celebrated with a small toast, sharing our joy with close friends who have supported us throughout this journey. We felt a mix of excitement and relief as we received the official notification, knowing that all our hard work had paid off.
This approval marks the end of a significant chapter in our lives and the onset of an exciting new adventure. After navigating countless paperwork and making numerous visits to the bank, it’s thrilling to reach this significant milestone.

The previous owner has requested to rent the house for a few additional months, and we confidently agreed since we are well-prepared for our own move-in. This arrangement also gives us peace of mind, as we have ample time to plan and ensure everything is set for our family.
Having this flexibility allows us to take our time and create a smooth transition without any added pressure. It allows us some extra time to ensure everything is ready for our new life, making the transition smoother.
In the meantime, we are proactively planning the optimal way to decorate our new space and cultivate a warm, inviting atmosphere. Incorporating elements from both our cultural backgrounds is a top priority as we plan our design. We are particularly excited about selecting vibrant colors and personal touches that reflect our unique culture and heritage.
