“It’s Official – We’re Homeowners! But There’s a Twist…
After months of searching, we’re thrilled to announce that our mortgage loan has been approved! This means it’s time to start packing and preparing to move into our new house.
However, there’s been a slight delay in our plans. The sellers have requested that they be allowed to rent the house from us for the next 2 months or so. At first, we were a bit disappointed, as we were eager to move in right away.
But then we realized, this presents us with a unique opportunity. We’ll get to experience being landlords for a little while before officially taking over the property. This will give us a chance to learn the ropes and get a taste of what it’s like to manage a rental.
While it’s not exactly how we envisioned this process going, we’re choosing to embrace the unexpected twist. We’re excited to take on this new role and can’t wait to get settled in our new home – even if it’s a couple months later than planned. Stay tuned for updates on our landlord adventures!”
